The choice that must be made for the CA mining corps is if they are prepared to give these belligerent PVPers 20% of their mining so they can continue to make wars and have their fun in eve.
Entirely my view here but I would have a little probem with this. Firstly, the belligerent leadership has CA at war with just about everyone. Secondly, while these PVPer expect you to mine in CA space to support them, they couldn't give a toss about actually defending you. They are out in FA space on raids or else where and have posted repeatedly that defending CA space is not fun and over rated.

Got to love the complete and utter lack of respect for the miners within CA 
You better listen to the man, you CA miners are scum and give us a bad kill ratio in the war but we will forget this as long as you pay us badass PVPer ISK so we can keep having fun.
